Is StartEx ONE a ZATCA e-invoicing solution?
No, and it should not be presented as one. StartEx ONE produces internal invoices, tracks payments and reports on them. If you are required to issue ZATCA-compliant e-invoices, you need a certified provider for that step — talk to us first so we can tell you honestly whether this fits your setup.
Can I track documents for my clients?
Yes. Commercial registrations, permits and employee documents can be stored against a client record with expiry dates, scans and renewal history.
What currency is it billed in?
The platform is currently priced and printed in Indian rupees. Message us on WhatsApp before signing up if you need riyal invoicing and we will tell you where that stands.
Is the interface in Arabic?
The interface is in English. Support is available in English and Malayalam over WhatsApp.
